LEARN establishes a network of lead teachers to ensure effectiveness of in-school support activities, which, LEARN believes, results in the sustainability of the project. The organisation conducts different types of capacity building activities and exposure visits to lead teachers for their profession development as well as to institutionalise their personal abilities and skills.
