President Peter Hall formed an organisation called “Nepali Village Initiatives Association” in the beginning to support to Nepali people in remote villages. Later, it focused in Education realising that Education is the key to change the society and renamed to “Quality Education Nepal” to reflect the adopted focus on education and in particular teacher training. QEN is the only organisation that funds LEARN to support overall projects including administration expenses.
