LEARN primarily focuses on a rural district in Gandaki Province—Myagdi. The organization implements the Lifting Education Programme across the rural municipalities of the district, working to improve access to quality education.

Currently, LEARN is actively engaged in 174 community schools across five rural municipalities: Annapurna, Raghuganga, Mangala, Malika, and Dhaulagiri.

In the coming years, LEARN plans to expand its initiatives to include secondary teacher training, along with the establishment of advanced, server-based digital computer labs with the coordination of EduTech-Nepal to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
